Corn And Cheese Scallop

- 1 can corn, drained (or use an equal amount of frozen) shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 6 saltine crackers, crushed shopping list
- appproximately 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Put corn in a greased casserole dish. In separate dish, mix the milk, eggs, saltines and cheese. Stir in with the corn. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. It will puff up and get a lovely golden brown crust on the top.
