How to make it

  • Put corn in a greased casserole dish. In separate dish, mix the milk, eggs, saltines and cheese. Stir in with the corn. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. It will puff up and get a lovely golden brown crust on the top.
