Ingredients
- White-flesh fish
- Ginger
- Spring Onion
- Red Chilli
- Mixed Seasonings:
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Place ginger on the fish
- Steam for 10 minutes
- Pour mixed seasonings over fish
- Add Spring Onion and chilli
- Steam for another 10 minutes
