Ingredients
  • White-flesh fish
  • Ginger
  • Spring Onion
  • Red Chilli
  • Mixed Seasonings:
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp sesame oil

Directions
  1. Place ginger on the fish
  2. Steam for 10 minutes
  3. Pour mixed seasonings over fish
  4. Add Spring Onion and chilli
  5. Steam for another 10 minutes
