OH Yeah these may sound gross but they are REALLY Good.....have some BBQ sauce , hot sauce and a spicy mango sauce to dip them in

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds of fresh turkey nuts
  • 1 pound of flour
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions
  1. Heat fryer to 350-degrees.
  2. Rinse nuts under cold running water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Make a lengthwise slit in your nuts, almost cutting in half but not going all the way through (butterfly).
  4. Dredge your nuts the seasoned flour and fry immediately.
  5. Have a platter with a towel to drain your nuts on.
  6. Serve your nuts with your favorite sauce.
