If you like the flavor of chocolate and cherries in black forest pie,you'll adore this refreshing,make-ahead ice cream pie version.

Ingredients
- 1 prepared chocolate crumb crust(9")
- 31/2c reduced-fat vanilla ice cream
- 1c reduced-fat cherry pie filling
- 2 whole graham crackers,broken into bite size pieces
- 1c fat-frr hot fudge ice cream topping,warmed
Directions
- Fill crust with scoops of ice cream. Top with dollops of pie filling. Insert graham cracker pieces between scoops. Invert plastic cover from crust and place over the pie.
- Freeze for 2 hours or till firm. Remove from the freezer 15-20 mins before serving. Drizzle with fudge topping. Cut into wedges.
