Donalds Bacon Cheeseburgers Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb bacon

1 small sweet onion

1 small jar roasted red pepper

1 lb ground beef

1/2 t salt

1/4 t ground black pepper

1 C grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Fry bacon 3-5 minutes until crisp.

Drain and set aside.

Coat the grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to med-high.

Finely chop onion, red peppers, and bacon.

Tranfer to large bowl.

Add all remaining ingredientsand gently combine until just mixed.

Divide into 4 equal patties.

Grill burgers 4-5 minutes per side.

Do not press the burger during cooking!

Serve with your favorite condiments and ENJOY!
