Cheese Olive Balls

- 1 lb sharp cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/8 lb margarine, soft shopping list
- 1 cup flour (or slightly more) shopping list
- red pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tbs garlic salt shopping list
- 2 tbs worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 or 2 tbs water shopping list
- Large jar medium-sized stuffed olives, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Grate cheese, let soften. Mix cheese, margarine, flour, seasonings and water. Work into a smooth dough. Use a piece of dough about the size of a walnut and flatten with fingers. Press dough smoothly around each olive. Bake on a greased baking sheet at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or until light brown. Freeze before baking if desired.
- Yield: About 6 doz.
