Ingredients
  • 20 large prawns , de veined , washed
  • 1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
  • 1 Large Onion , sliced
  • 3 green chillies
  • Few Sprigs of Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp cumin and pepper seeds , freshly pounded
  • Pinch of fish seasoning powder

Directions
  1. Fry the onions , curry leaves and the chillies for 3 mins .
  2. Fry the prawns and the ginger - garlic paste .
  3. When the prawn becomes pink , add the freshly pounded powders .
  4. Sprinkle the Seasoning Powder .
