OH Yeah Baby....this not only is very tender ham .....but the flavor will put you on cloud nine.......Enjoy I used this recipe on a bear ham I had .....but a good pork ham works just as well

Ingredients
  • 10 lb. precooked ham
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. kahlua
  • 3 tbsp. kahlua
  • 2 tbsp. dry mustard
  • Whole cloves

Directions
  1. Place ham with rind on rack in roasting pan, fat side up.
  2. Roast at 300 degrees, 18 minutes per pound.
  3. During last hour, trim rind, score fat (criss cross) and stud with cloves.
  4. Sprinkle top with brown sugar, then 3 tablespoons kahlua.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup kahlua and mixed mustard into pan.
  6. Baste frequently with pan syrup.
