How to make it

  • Combine cake ingredients and mix well until smooth.
  • Pour into greased and floured rectangular pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  • Cream all icing ingredients and frost cake when completely cooled.

    Believe it or not, the best peanut butter cake I ever had was the one served in my elementary school cafeteria! LOL This sounds very similar, am going to have to try it out! Absolutely heavenly!
