Peanut Butter Cake

This cake is decadent and so different. Packed full of wonderful flavors. I love it and hope you do to.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 3/4 cup hot water shopping list
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 2 cups powder sugar shopping list
- 1 stick margarine softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cake ingredients and mix well until smooth.
- Pour into greased and floured rectangular pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Cream all icing ingredients and frost cake when completely cooled.
