Deep Fried Catfish Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oil to 375 in deep fryer.
  • Stir together flour, salt and pepper.
  • Coat fish with mixture then dip into eggs then coat with the bread crumbs and fry fish for 5 minutes.

    I a with Dixie on this one...bread crumbs? It surely isn't southern, but you know what, it still sounds oh so delicious. I will most definitely try this one. I do like to batter chicken in breadcrumbs. Thanks for the post, I will try it.
