Quick delicious peach cornbread.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups BISQUICK baking mix
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped, peeled peaches or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches(thawed)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F
- Grease round pan 9 x 1 1/2 inches or square 8 x 8 inches
- Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds
- Pour into pan
- Bake until golden brown, 20 - 25 minutes
- Cool 10 minutes
- Remove from pan
- 8 or 9 servings
- Enjoy plain or with butter! Yummy
