Quick delicious peach cornbread.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups BISQUICK baking mix
  • 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped, peeled peaches or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches(thawed)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Grease round pan 9 x 1 1/2 inches or square 8 x 8 inches
  3. Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds
  4. Pour into pan
  5. Bake until golden brown, 20 - 25 minutes
  6. Cool 10 minutes
  7. Remove from pan
  8. 8 or 9 servings
  9. Enjoy plain or with butter! Yummy
