How to make it

  • SPREAD OUT DOUGH LIKE IF MAKING PIZZA, 8oz's DEPENDING ON THE APPETITE.
  • USE 2 TBS OF RICOTTA CHEESE, OR IF HUNGRY YOU DECIDE.
  • JUST PLACE IN THE CENTER OF THE DOUGH
  • TAKE A SLICE OF DELI HAM AND PLACE ON TOP OF THE RICOTTA CHEESE
  • TAKE A CUBE OF MOZZARELLA, 1'X1'X1/2" PLACE IT ON THE HAM
  • NOW CAREFULLY, ROLL OVER THE DOUGH , PLACING YOUR FINGER ON THE MOZZ, HOLDING EVERYTHING IN PLACE, SO THAT IT FOLDS IN HALF,
  • PINCH TOGETHER THE ENDS, MAKE SURE IT IS SEALED TIGHT NO LEAKAGE,
  • PLACE GENTLY INTO HOT OIL AND FRY AWAY, TILL NICE N GOLDEN BROWN.
  • REMOVE, LET COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES, AND BITE AWAY WITH CARE FOT THE CHEESE IS HOT. CAN BE DIP IN PIZZA SAUCE, BUT I LIKE IT JUST THE WAY IT IS.
