Dill Potato Salad

- 2 pounds small new potatoes, cut into cubes shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt or sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh dill or scant tablespoon dried dill shopping list
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen tiny sweet green peas shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in a saucepan 20 minutes or until tender; drain and rinse with cold water, set aside
- While potatoes are cooking, stir together mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl
- Add peas to mayonnaise mixture and stir
- Add potatoes and toss to coat
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
