Swiss Onion Pie

A nice change for a side. We enjoy this with pork chops.
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed saltines shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 2 cups grated Swiss or gruyere cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup bacon bits shopping list
- 1 cup sauteed onions shopping list
- 2 tsp. brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crackers with butter and pat into a pie pan. In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, sour cream, eggs, bacon bits and onions.
- Pour into crust. Top with brown sugar and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
