How to make it

  • Cut the ciabatta bread open
  • Spread some mayo on one side
  • Spread some brown mustard on the other side
  • Slice the tomato and place as many slices as you wish or need to cover the bottom slice of the bread
  • Place the slices of Brie Cheese over the tomatoes
  • Close Sandwich and enjoy :)
  • ***You can also place this in a sandwich press to toast it or place it in the microwave for less than 30 sec. to warm it up...just enough so that the cheese is slightly melted, once i over did it and the cheese was falling everywhere and couldn't really be appreciated***
