Tomato Brie Sandwich On Ciabatta Recipe

I enjoy eating this sandwich as an easy dinner or lunch. It looks and tastes great!

Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta bread (white or multi-grain)
- A bit of Mayo
- A bit of Brown Mustard
- 1 tomato
- About 4-5 slices of Brie Cheese
Directions
- Cut the ciabatta bread open
- Spread some mayo on one side
- Spread some brown mustard on the other side
- Slice the tomato and place as many slices as you wish or need to cover the bottom slice of the bread
- Place the slices of Brie Cheese over the tomatoes
- Close Sandwich and enjoy :)
- ***You can also place this in a sandwich press to toast it or place it in the microwave for less than 30 sec. to warm it up...just enough so that the cheese is slightly melted, once i over did it and the cheese was falling everywhere and couldn't really be appreciated***
