Bubbys Danish Oatmeal Cookies

- Serves 12
This little cookie was THE Favorite at my house when I was growing up.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Quaker Oats (reg, unsweetened) INSTANT oatmeal shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup butter (softened to room temp.) do not substitute ! shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ALL ingredients together ( using your hands works well) until the mixture comes
- together and holds it's shape.
- Form balls from the mixture the size of a walnut, or a little larger,
- place on lightly greased cookie sheet, FLATTEN with a fork
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
- Remove to cooling rack
- Cool completely before serving, cookies will be Crisp !
