I pour this marinade over chicken before I grill it.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 gloves garlic minced(add more if you wish!)
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Pour the Marinade over Lamb, Chicken or Fish. Marinate for about 1-2 Hours. Before cooking.
