How to make it

  • In small bowl, stir together soy sauce, lemon juice, curry powder, pepper and garlic Cut chicken in 1" cubes Add chicken to marinade and toss to coat,marinate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Prepare the peanut sauce:
  • In 1 quart saucepan, heat oil over medium heat Add onion, pepper flakes,ginger and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute Stir in peanut butter Gradually stir in water and soy sauce until well blended Bring to boil, stirring constantly until sauce thickens Serve hot or room temperature.
  • Rinse bamboo skewers in water.
  • Thread with chicken pieces and brush with oil.
  • Grill, until done, turning occasionally.
  • Serve with Peanut Sauce

    Mmmmmm... I love chicken sate as well and the peanut sauce looks so yummy. I don't understand why someone would rate it low though? I'm giving your recipe 5 all the way.
