Chilled Cucumber and Tomato Soup With Fresh Dill

- 1 quart low-fat plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1 small seedless cucumber, diced, partially peeled, lightly salted shopping list
- 2 medium plum tomatoes, diced, lightly salted shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbs. rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsps. chopped fresh dill shopping list
- salt and ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
