Sweet And Sassy Wings Recipe

Ingredients

3-4# chicken wings

1 cup of your favorite hot sauce

1/2 stick of real butter

1/2 cup honey

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (more if you can handle it)

Lawry's Season Salt

Fresh cracked black pepper

Directions

These can be cooked in the oven or fired - of course I fry mine.

Clean and wash chicken

Pat dry

Season with season salt and pepper

Cook chicken until done

While cooking chicken combine hot suace, butter, honey, and cayenne pepper in a medium sauce pot

Simmer for 10 -15 minutes

Remove from heat

Combine chicken and sauce until chicken is evenly coated

Enjoy!

I serve mine with T. Marzetti's Ultimate Blue Cheese Dressing mixed with celery seed - stinkin yumtastical!!!!
