How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, combine Karo® syrup, sugar and butter over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to simmer and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  • Remove pan from heat.
  • Mix cereal thoroughly into peanut butter and pour into 13 x 9" pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate pan for 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over low heat and spread over the hardened peanut butter and cereal mixture.
  • Place pan back in refrigerator for until hard.
  • Chill Time: 30 minutes
  • Makes 24 squares
