How to make it

  • Season chicken with salt papper and lime.
  • Grill the first five ingredients.
  • Chop all into small pieces.
  • Cook the pasta.
  • Meanwhile, in a blender add ranch dressing, some of the adobo sauce, 1 or 2 of the peppers, and the paprika.
  • Blend well, be sure to add the peppers one at a time and check taste for spiciness.
  • This dressing can get very hot very fast, so just add as many peppers as you want.
  • Mix this with the pasta and grilled ingredients, along with the chopped cilantro.
  • Serve chilled.
