Very easy to make sauce for making simple meals (stir-fries, meat marinade etc)

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar (experiment with vinegars if desired)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced(adjust this to your taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger (once again adjust to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)

Directions
  1. Stir together briskly in a small sauce pan
  2. cook gently over low heat until thickened
  3. feel free to adjust the thickness of this sauce using water depending on your invidual needs.
  4. I love using this sauce on pork or chicken as well as in veggie or tofu stir fries.
  5. recipe makes approximately 1 cup of sauce
