Cucumber Yogurt Salad

This side dish/yogurt salad is perfect for hot, humid days. You can thin it with water to a cream soup consistency or use a yogurt cheese (yogurt that has been strained) for a thicker mixture. Either way it is delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 medium peeled and chopped finely cucumbers shopping list
- 2 c. good quality plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 clove minced garlic shopping list
- 1 t. dried mint shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- water for thinning to consistency shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingedients in a small decorative bowl.
- Mix and taste for desired saltiness.
- Add water if too thick.
- Chill until serving time.
