I like lemon anything and this recipe is very lemony and easy too.

Ingredients
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Directions
  1. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions for a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish.
  2. Poke holes in baked cake while still hot with a small round handle of a wooden spoon or a skewer.
  3. Make gelatin with only 1 cup of boiling water.
  4. Pour gelatin over cake while warm.
  5. Allow cake to cool.
  6. Beat together whipped topping, pudding mix, milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour mixture over cooled cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Serves 10-12
