Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast{cubed}
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup water packed artichocke Hearts rinsed drained quartered}
  • 1/2 cup cruumbled feta cheese
  • 1/ cup pitted grape olives
  • 1/3 cup dried currants
  • 1/4 cup chopped fine red onion
  • Dressing -----------------------------------------------------------------
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbs. tarrogon vinegar
  • 1 Tsp dried Tarrogon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Directions
  1. In a large bowl combined first 7 ingredients
  2. in small bowl:whisk the dressing ingredients
  3. Pour over chicken mixture : toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate till ready to serve
