Hot Tamale Casserole

- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 1 can undrained whole kernel corn shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 large can hot tamales shopping list
- 1 can undrained pinto beans shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper; drain
- Chop tamales into bite size pieces.
- Place half the meat mixture in botton of baking dish, top with half bean and corn mixture then top with hot tamales.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 35 or 40 minutes.
- Top with cheese and let cheese melt before serving.
