This is an easy supper to fix... Quick for when you've been on the go..

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can undrained whole kernel corn
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large can hot tamales
  • 1 can undrained pinto beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheese

Directions
  1. Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper; drain
  2. Chop tamales into bite size pieces.
  3. Place half the meat mixture in botton of baking dish, top with half bean and corn mixture then top with hot tamales.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 35 or 40 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese and let cheese melt before serving.
