Many people wont even try this recipe because of the ingredients. But I've made it so many times, and I wont tell people whats in it until they try it, and everybody loves it!

Ingredients
  • 1 regular size tub of whipped cream
  • 1 24oz tub of cottage cheese
  • 1 9.75 oz can of crushed pineapple (very well drained)
  • 1 28 oz can of fruit cocktail (very well drained)
  • 1 3oz box of powdered jello mix , strawberry
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions
  1. Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple in a colander very well.
  2. Pour fruit into a small saucepan over low heat.
  3. Pour dry jello powder over fruit, and heat only until jello is melted (1-2 minutes)
  4. In a seperate bowl, combine cool whip, and cottage cheese.
  5. Add fruit mixture and nuts, stir well.
  6. Refridgerate for an hour.
  7. Any flavor jello can be used. We like strawberry and orange the best, but have tried almost every flavor, and there all good!
