How to make it

  • Cook ground lamb drain and set aside to cool
  • When cool to the touch break up the lamb so that it has no large parts.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until tender
  • Add carrot, green beans, corn, and spices simmer until hot
  • Spray a 9” backing dish
  • Layer ground lamb, vegetables, and mashed potatoes
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
