Ingredients

How to make it

  • Roll out the biscuit dough into a very thin sheet about 1/8” inch thick
  • Mix egg, onion, celery, and tuna
  • Spread over the biscuit dough
  • Roll like a jelly roll
  • Place on a greased backing sheet bake at 400 for 10minutes (or until brown)
  • Mix cream of chicken soup with milk to make a chicken gravy
  • Serve hot with the gravy over the chicken roll up.

Mom made this in the 1950's with Bisquick and tuna in oil as that was how it came back then. Rolled out the dough, a thin smear of mayo, spread the tuna and a thin smear of sweet pickle relish. She'd serve it with a mild cheese sauce topping and it was good! A Depression holdover no doubt.
