This is my son's recipe never would have thought of it myself but is always a big hit

Ingredients
  • 3 racks baby back ribs
  • 6 liters Pepsi
  • 3 whole cloves garlic
  • dry rub
  • 3 table spoons pork seasoning
  • 2 table spoons cajun spice
  • 1 table spoon garlic pepper
  • 1 table spoon garlic salt
  • 1 table spoon mesquite seasoning

Directions
  1. Cut racks of ribs in half or quarters
  2. place in large stock pot
  3. cover with Pepsi
  4. peal cloves of garlic place in pot
  5. bring to boil
  6. reduce heat to med. high to keep from boiling over
  7. mix the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl
  8. put 1 tablespoon of dry rub into boiling Pepsi
  9. cook ribs until the meat starts to pull back from the bones (they will be tender by then)
  10. remove ribs place on cookie sheet
  11. cover with dry rub
  12. place in fridge or take to the grill
  13. place on grill bone down over medium heat
  14. turn over after approx 5 min cook until ribs change color (will change from grey to redish tinge)
  15. enjoy
