Brians Ribs

This is my son's recipe never would have thought of it myself but is always a big hit
Ingredients
- 3 racks baby back ribs shopping list
- 6 liters Pepsi shopping list
- 3 whole cloves garlic shopping list
- dry rub shopping list
- 3 table spoons pork seasoning shopping list
- 2 table spoons cajun spice shopping list
- 1 table spoon garlic pepper shopping list
- 1 table spoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 table spoon mesquite seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Cut racks of ribs in half or quarters
- place in large stock pot
- cover with Pepsi
- peal cloves of garlic place in pot
- bring to boil
- reduce heat to med. high to keep from boiling over
- mix the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl
- put 1 tablespoon of dry rub into boiling Pepsi
- cook ribs until the meat starts to pull back from the bones (they will be tender by then)
- remove ribs place on cookie sheet
- cover with dry rub
- place in fridge or take to the grill
- place on grill bone down over medium heat
- turn over after approx 5 min cook until ribs change color (will change from grey to redish tinge)
- enjoy
