    The recipe was prepared by someone's grandfather on a cooking blog and not at all related to Emeril's as far as I know , supposedly in this guys family for years!

    This looks better than the homemade one I tried before..more herbs! I use it in etouffe. I will probably try this without the cayenne, but it looks very promising! Thanks!
