Creamed Off the Cob Corn

- 10 ears fresh corn, shucked, cooked, then removed from cob shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tbls. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 stick butter, unsalted (I know) shopping list
- 2 tbls. flour shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan, add first 10 ingredients
- Slowly bring it to boil
- Reduce to simmer and cook for 3 minutes
- In a separate pan, melt butter
- Stir in flour
- Add butter and flour mixture to simmering corn
- Stirring occasionally, simmer for a few more minutes

This is great...I've made something simular, but this is better. I will be making soon...no corn around here yet.
