KNOTTS BERRY FARM MEATLOAF

This is a very easy and good meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 pkg. (roll) Jimmy Dean hot sausage shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 large carrot, grated shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 long sleeve saltine crackers, crushed shopping list
- 1/4 C. ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 C. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 C. ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 C. mustard shopping list
- 1/3 C. brown sugar, packed shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the above ingredients by kneading them together with your hands
- (messy). Shape into two loaves and place 1 inch apart in a 9 x 13-inch
- baking
- dish.
- Sauce: Mix and pour on top of both loaves. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour 10
- minutes.
- Servings: 4

I am not a big fan of meatloaves, but I decided to try this one because it sounded different from the others I have tried. I made it tonight and it was delish! I'll try and add a pic of my meaty loaves.
