Got this recipe from July 2008 Southern Living mag. I used it yesterday and it really does tenderizes the tough cuts of steak.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dark beer
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. steak sauce your choice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Directions
  1. Whisk together beer and remaining ingredients until blended.
  2. Use immediately.
  3. Or cover and chill until ready to use.
  4. If chilled let stand at room temperature then whisk it
  5. Will marinade 1 1-lb. boneless sirloin steak or other tough cuts of beef.
