This is a very easy, quick alfredo sauce that kids love! Great for a quick, filling meal.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (opt)
  • pepper to taste
  • Fettucini noodles, cooked

Directions
  1. Heat milk and butter, stir in cream cheese to melt. Add parmesan cheese and pepper. Stir in cooked chicken if desired. Serve over cooked noodles. Is really fast made in the microwave. Can add parsley flakes for color, but my daughter hates "green things" =O)
  2. Opt. Sometimes we add cooked chicken breast, cut-up
