Wonderful dressing for a summer salad of greens and grilled chicken.... From the net..

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbls. soy sauce
  • 3 tbls. sesame oil
  • 2 tbls. honey
  • 1/4 cup mandarin orange sections, chopped

Directions
  1. Add marmalade, cayenne pepper, ginger, garlic powder, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey to blender
  2. Blend on medium for 30 to 45 seconds
  3. Put in small bowl and add chopped orange sections
  4. Stir to mix
  5. Cover and refrigerate to chill
