The ubiquitous Green Goddess Dressing. This version, however, is the type served at San Francisco's Palace Hotel in the 20s and 30s.

Ingredients
- 10 anchovy fillets
- 2 tsp garlic oil
- 1/4 c white onion, diced very fine
- 3 c mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp fresh tarragon
Directions
- Coat a bowl with the garlic oil (or a clove of garlic)
- Mix the anchovies, onion, herbs, and mayonnaise in the bowl.
- If desired, thin slightly with tarragon vinegar.

This is wonderful... I have posted one too.. but this I think beats it.. and easier. I try every goddess recipe I see. Got my 5 year old granddaughter eating salads with this now.
