This is a great mayonnaise to go on Oyster Po Boy's.....or serve with other fish....

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons Creole or other coarse grained mustard
  • 1 teaspoons capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (your favorite brand)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and set aside.
  2. Yield: 1/2 cup or 2 teaspoons per serving
