Viennese Liptauer Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup margarine, room temp.

3 tbsps sour cream

2 anchovy fillets, minced

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. capers, drained

1 tbsp finely chopped onion

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1-1/2 tsps paprika

1 tsp. caraway seeds

Directions

Blend cheese, butter and sour cream in medium bowl.

Mash anchovies and capers in small bowl; mix into cheese.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Transfer to serving dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.

Serve at room temperature with crackers.
