Viennese Liptauer

- 1 cup cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine, room temp. shopping list
- 3 tbsps sour cream shopping list
- 2 anchovy fillets, minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. capers, drained shopping list
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsps paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Blend cheese, butter and sour cream in medium bowl.
- Mash anchovies and capers in small bowl; mix into cheese.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Transfer to serving dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Serve at room temperature with crackers.
