Eggplant And Tomato Gravy

- Big eggplant 1-sliced shopping list
- tomatoes 2-chopped shopping list
- Red chilli 2 shopping list
- Green chilli 2 shopping list
- GingerGarlic paste 1/2 tsp shopping list
- curry leaf shopping list
- Oninon 1 chopped shopping list
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp shopping list
- Coriender powder 1 tsp shopping list
- Chilly powder 1 tsp shopping list
- cumin seeds 1/2 tsp shopping list
- mustard seed 1 tsp shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the sliced Eggplant in oil,drain it and keep it aside
- In a pan,add some oil,add red chilli,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chopped onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste
- cook till the onions becomes soft
- Add Tomatoes and cook for few sec
- Add to it turmeric powder,coriender powder,chilly powder
- Cook for 5 min in low flame,u can add water if needed
- Then,add the fried eggplant ,mix it well,cook for 2-3 min

This sounds abit diff frm the one I do . I omit the step one and After step 6 , I add the eggplant and simmer until cooked and Now , I can't wait to try ur version . Thx alot gal : 0 )
