Ingredients
  • 1 LARGE SIRLOIN OR ROUND STEAK-CUT UP INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
  • 1 LARGE ONION DICED
  • GARLIC PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 2 TBSP FLOUR
  • 3 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
  • 2 STICKS OF BUTTER
  • 1 LARGE CONTAINER SOUR CREAM
  • 2 LARGE BAGS OF KLUSKI NOODLES (OR EGG NOODLES)

Directions
  1. MELT ONE STICK OF BUTTER IN AN ELECTRIC SKILLET OR LARGE SAUTE PAN
  2. ADD BEEF, BROWN
  3. ADD ONIONS, COOK ALL UNTIL TENDER AND BEEF IS DONE
  4. ADD FLOUR AND GARLIC PEPPER, STIR VERY WELL
  5. ADD CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP STIR WELL AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
  6. MEANWHILE COOK NOODLES AS DIRECTED, DRAIN, ADD BUTTER AND MIX WELL
  7. WHEN NOODLES ARE DONE, ADD SOUR CREAM TO MEAT MIXTURE, STIR VERY WELL AND SIMMER ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
  8. SERVE IMMEDIATELY OVER BUTTERED NOODLES
