Ranch Zucchini

Great easy way to prepare Zucchini or any summer squash, no one can resist!
Ingredients
- 1 pound zucchini squash, or a mix with other summer squash shopping list
- thick-sliced or cut in chunks shopping list
- 1/4 cup REAL butter (melted) shopping list
- 1/4 package of (Dry) hidden valley ranch dressing mix shopping list
How to make it
- Thick-Slice or cut in Chunks the SQUASH
- In medium- size pan, STEAM the SQUASH just until Fork-Tender, drain off any liquid
- Meanwhile, Melt the BUTTER and mix with the DRY RANCH DRESSING
- When SQUASH is done, Gently toss with the Butter and Dressing mixture
