Gingerale Marinated Chicken

Love this unique chicken marinade. Great comibnation of flavors, and good on the grill or in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ginger ale shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1 small fresh jalapeno, minced, with seeds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 - 6 pieces chicken shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk marinade ingredients together
- Pour over chicken in ziploc bag
- Marinate 30 minutes to one hour
- Bake, grill or broil til done
