Santa Fe Wraps for the 4th of july picnic

- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped green chiles shopping list
- 1 (4 1/4-ounce) can chopped olives shopping list
- 1 cup (4-ounce) shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salsa, plus salsa for dipping, optional shopping list
- 1/2 cup green onion tops, sliced shopping list
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach shopping list
- 2 packages flour tortillas shopping list
- note ......i add chopped grilled chicken faijita with it . when i make it .....its so yummy shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy.
- Then add sour cream, green chiles, olives, pepper jack cheese, salsa, and onion tops. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer.
- Stir in spinach.
- Spread mixture evenly over the surface of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas tightly and cut each tortilla crosswise into 6 slices. Skewer each wrap with a wooden toothpick.
- Serve immediately or chill. Serve with salsa for dipping, if desired.

I like the addition of fresh spinach and fajita chicken - will add that next time I make these...it is such a good flavor combination for an appetizer, but with your additions, I could take one of these to work for my lunch!! Thank you...Krum
