Ingredients
  • 6 cups Chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 pounds Kielbasa sausage diced
  • 1 pound baking potatoes peeled and diced (same size)
  • 1 can Kidney beans drained
  • 1 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 head of medium head of green cabbage coarsly chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 large carrot peeled and diced
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves minced

Directions
  1. Combined all ingredients in a large pot
  2. Bring to boil stirring occasionally
  3. reduce heat to a simmer til it gets thicker about 2 hours, stirring occasionally
  4. Season with pepper.
  5. can be made 2 days a head refrigerate and rewarmed
