Porteguese Soup

- 6 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds kielbasa sausage diced shopping list
- 1 pound baking potatoes peeled and diced (same size) shopping list
- 1 can kidney beans drained shopping list
- 1 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 head of medium head of green cabbage coarsly chopped shopping list
- 1 onion diced shopping list
- 1 large carrot peeled and diced shopping list
- 1 large green pepper shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves minced shopping list
How to make it
- Combined all ingredients in a large pot
- Bring to boil stirring occasionally
- reduce heat to a simmer til it gets thicker about 2 hours, stirring occasionally
- Season with pepper.
- can be made 2 days a head refrigerate and rewarmed
