How to make it

  • In a coffee grinder or spice grinder, grind all ingredients together
  • Makes enough for 8 uses
  • To use, put 1 tbls. of mixture in small bowl
  • Pour extra virgin olive oil to suit taste, and mix together
  • Let sit 1/2 hour to marry all flavors
  • Keep blend in airtight container

    You would think as much as us Arabs like to dip things in oil, I would have thought about doing up a mixture beforehand rather than stir it up every time at the last minute... ;-)~ Duh!!! Thanks for the suggestion.. Jim
