Ancho Honey Lime Flank Steak

- 2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 large lime, juiced - use two if not juicy shopping list
- 2 large garlic, cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder, ancho chile powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Lightly run a sharp knife in a diamond pattern on both sides of steak.
- Rub half the marinade on one side of the steak - rub into the slits really well. Flip the steak and rub the other half of the marinade into the other side really well. Place steak into a zip top plastic bag, seal and squeeze all the air out of the bag. Refrigerate and marinate for 4 hours.
- Prepare grill and grill to your liking on each side. I like mine medium rare.
