Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 large lime, juiced - use two if not juicy
  • 2 large garlic, cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder, ancho chile powder
  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Directions
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Lightly run a sharp knife in a diamond pattern on both sides of steak.
  3. Rub half the marinade on one side of the steak - rub into the slits really well. Flip the steak and rub the other half of the marinade into the other side really well. Place steak into a zip top plastic bag, seal and squeeze all the air out of the bag. Refrigerate and marinate for 4 hours.
  4. Prepare grill and grill to your liking on each side. I like mine medium rare.
