How to make it

  • In largest dutch oven you have, saute sausage (removed from casing, breaking up with potato masher) until browned. Remove from pan, pour off grease. Saute veggies in olive oil, add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Cook slowly for several hours, stirring frequently.
  • Freeze what you don't use in quart containers.

    Great post will have a lot left over to freeze never heard of instant coffee in this kind of sauce. Got my 5'er on this one.
