Killer Chocolate Frosting Recipe

How to make it

  • Sift cocoa into mixing bowl; mix in melted butter on medium high speed until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and continue to mix until smooth. Add vanilla and mix until smooth. Spread frosting on cooled cake, let stand 2 hours to set.

    Do you know if it acts like a ganache? It sounds very interesting indeed! And I have started to make sure I always have a can of sweetened condensed milk now that I have mastered the strawberry whipped sensation thing.. lol

    Henrie, you KNOW how I love sweetened condensed milk in my "sweets"...this frosting has got to be heavenly. Will try this next time I'm making frosting...yum!!
